By now, almost everyone who uses health and dietary supplements will have heard of the amazing antioxidant properties of green tea, not to mention many others that benefit us. This is quite normal because the green tea weight loss product is improving the metabolism to remove the harmful toxins before they do any damage. Increasing your liquid intake, regular exercise and eating fruit and vegetables then expect to see good results within your first week.

Sometimes you will find ginseng is mixed with green tea to improve its properties and effectiveness. Used in Asia for thousands of years ginseng is well known and respected there and provides essential vitamins and minerals for good health when combined with those already found in the product.

When ginseng is used in association with green tea it stimulates the immune system and fortifies the user, representing a valuable energy source, during the stressful period when you are returning to normal weight. Although safe to use, ginseng and green tea are not normally used for periods beyond six months at a time.
